How long after I complete my order will you deliver my oil?
Orders are processed as they are received. If you are placing an order for the first time we will contact you to make sure that we can access your fill pipe. Generally speaking, it takes anywhere from 2-4 days after we have received your order for the delivery to be made. If you are experiencing an emergency or are dangerously low on fuel we do not encourage you to rely on this system.
What price will I pay for oil?
Pricing varies by region. The cost per gallon changes on a regular basis based on a number of factors including supply and time of the year. Please be aware that fuel oil is a commodity and so the price depends on a variety of market forces. Your final invoice will depend upon a number of factors that include the price per gallon, possible surcharges and any sales taxes that may be due depending on your state and town.
Do I have to be home when you deliver the oil?
It depends on whether we can locate and access your tank without any problems. After we receive your order we will confirm the delivery with you and at that time we will discuss this with you.
What are my payment options?
This depends on the office that services your town. All orders can be paid with a major credit card or debit card. Option details will be outlined before you complete your order.
Does Direct Oil Delivery offer service contracts?
A heating oil service contract helps protect you if your system needs servicing. As a discount oil provider Direct Oil Delivery does not offer service contracts. However we do provide repair service for your furnance.
